​Learning requires focused concentration, and digital distraction makes that much harder.  Simply put: we can't learn if we can't pay attention. The higher students want to climb academically and professionally, the more they’ll need to harness the superpower of intentional attention.

In this era of constant screen time, we all need to learn to integrate technologies into our lives in a balanced way.​​​  I provide practical,  behavioral interventions to help young learners, and those who support them, to reclaim their focus. Because it's so essential, I now weave Digital Wellbeing coaching into all private academic mentoring.
